    I went on a vacation a few months ago. The date of my one-on-one activity that I am entitled to was planned but not communicated very well. I arrived at the car rental depot to wait for a residental support staff that was scheduled to come before finding out that a client needed individualized care. The paid employee showed up late after realizing that I forgot to bring appropriate documentation. When the time came to hit the road (on a different day) there was even more mass confusion. I didn't pay out of my budget to visit my family physician or for any follow-up appointments as needed, for the cost of the staff that was providing me support on my day trip, or for the medication that I am taking. Things needed to be addressed so that I don't have to feel responsible for any future errors or omissions made by the organization because of any improper procedures and unsafe practices.
