We had a 3 season Sunroom and open deck installed by Glastar June 2023. I can honestly say it looks great and I wish we had built it sooner. Excellent people to to work with and the quality of their product is second to none, Brad and Steve were great and very responsive to all our requests. They promised to build this year as soon as the snow melted and they certainly kept their promise. I should mention that the two installers (Julian and Mason) were outstanding and very professional. They did not waste a minute and completed the work fast. The only issue I had was with the deck boards which showed cracks within a few days and I was told that is not unusual. So***** slow. Promised build dates followed by no-shows. No information and no communication. I am very disappointed as this company has a very good reputation. * ***** **** **** ***** **** ******** *** ****** **** *** ********* The product may be great...don't know as we haven't got it yet. No explanations. Other trades waiting for the sunroom build to be completed but time is passing, the weather is changing and still no word. Never again.

We totally understand your frustration but this letter should be directed to the City of Winnipeg who have taken an unprecedented amount of time to issue the permits. Under penalty, we cannot build or book inspections until the permits are issued. There is a big difference between no communication and not hearing what you want. As you are next in the queue we are sure you will enjoy the product for years to come.Review fromGordon B.

Thank you for the great service levelling our sunroom. Arnie came out 3 times to help me figure out what I need to do in order for him to be able to level the room. I would highly recommend Glastar Sunrooms.Glastar Sunrooms by SunShade Ltd.
