    ** *** **** ** *** ** ******* ** *** ******** ********* They don’t return emails or calls they don’t fix things they are required to fix. Have had a flooding basement for 2 years due to foundation issues. They have not looked at the problem and only after sending numerous emails did they give me empty promises to have this looked at. I can’t even sell my condo until they fix the foundation. **** **** *** ***** **** *******. I just want this fixed so I can sell and not have to deal with them again. ** * ***** ***** **** ***** * ******

    Received a very rude call from ****** today requesting what stall my tenant uses. She talked over me was condescending and hung up on me.
    When I tried to call back there was no response. This company who I pay every month approx. 300 has continued to display *********************** absolutely no customer service. *************************************************************** ****

    As stated by our phone message all calls inbound and outbound are recorded.

    I have listened to the full message from this caller. ****** was very professional at all times. ****** made a courtesy call to this person, the owner of the condo, because the Condominium corporation where the owner has a condo is completing a parking audit.

    The parking audit is being done because residents are not parking in their assigned stalls. ****** asked if the owner of the condo could confirm which parking stall her tenant was parking in. A form requesting this information had been sent to all owners.

    The caller was rude and told ****** she didn't know what stall her tenant parked in and that ****** works for her and should know what stall she uses.

    ****** politely asked if there was someone else she could call to confirm the stall and the condo owner said no, that she paid a $1500.00 leasing fee so she could have a tenant and that ****** should know where she parks.

    ****** tried to explain that the leasing levy was collected by the owner's Condominium corporation, not Brydges.

    The caller became increasingly rude. Our company policy is to not tolerate abuse and to end calls when they become abusive which is what ****** did.
