    The plumber arrived at our place April 8th. He replaced the anode rod in our hot water tank. I supplied the anode rod. So the work done was for labour only. The work was satisfactory. He was here 1/2 tops 3/4 of an hour. I found the cost outrageous, *******

    This is the second time I have used the pleasant plumber. The first time I put a very positive review on google, however it only lets me do one per business. Well again I was pleasantly pleased!!! From my first contact with the person who answered the phone to my technician Reid Who are extremely polite and professional.. He came out in a timely fashion did a very precise careful job, showed tremendous respect with drop cloths and covers for his shoes.. I noticed those things cause I'm a really clean person. He was very clear what the problem was, walked me through step by step, went over pricing, and provided some future suggestions. Thank you so much Reid for your very kind and knowledgeable service. And thank you to the person who answered the phone, I'm sorry I forgot your name. She was extremely pleasant, really holds up to the company name, and called back this morning to let me know the technician was on his way. * ****** ********* **** ******* *** *** **** ******** *******

    First off, the service was pleasant and competent. *** ***** ******** *** *********** I had had this company come out to my home before, and they did a good job, so * ** *** * I didn’t call other plumbers to get an estimate for putting in a new garburator for me. I was charged $*** for this one-hour job. ****** * *** *******. I paid it, but called the company the next day. Everyone was very nice, but nothing eventuated.     There is nothing pleasant about these guys. It is the worst experience I've had with plumbers. ***** ******** unprofessional conduct, and ****** service are the order of business for them. *** ************ ** ***********! They practically destroyed my sewage alarm system and left me stranded with a non-functioning sewage pump after collecting more than $**** from me. *******
