    I had 20 minutes of work done ( including bringing in equip.) to snake a drain, Sept. 28/2023 for $3****** I have phoned at least 10 times since, and documented the dates. Lucien *******/General Manager is never in, nor has he returned any calls to go over this invoice. I also was not given their seniors discount. I have since called head office ** ********** and awaiting on them. * * *** ****** *** ***** *** ***** ******* *** ***** **** * *** **** ****** **** **** ********** *** *

    These guys charged me 770 dollars for 45 minutes of work. They also didn’t tell me how much it would cost until after they were done. On July 4th, 2023. I have a crawl space in my house. They came to unclog the sewage drain, because of the roots growing inside. Two guys came to do the job. I have called at least 10 times to talk to management and they have never gotten back to me. I really have a problem with Roto Rooter in Winnipeg. * **** **** * *** *******
