    Been with Bain's for almost 20 yrs. Had issues with washing machine and microwave. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for resolution. Called 3 times. "Parts are on order". At last call they recommended I pick up parts from another company if I wanted my washing machine up and running. So disappointed that I have to find another place for appliance repair. Won't be using Bain's anymore. Their service has really deteriorated, become unreliable, unapologetic, I don't want a refund, just my appliances working as promised in a timely matter.

    Excellent service: Prompt, informative; imparting information regarding care & prolonging life of my stove.Brian gets the job done quickly and efficiently keeping the costs of repair to a minimum. I would gladly use Bain's Service in the future if required.
