  Had Wise Cuts install Govee lights in October 2024, they charged $***. To start, I had an appointment scheduled with them, I emailed, texted and called the day of asking for confirmation of the appointment. NO response all day. Finally, more than an hour after the scheduled appointment time someone did respond saying the lights hadn't come it yet. Since I had already put a deposit down, I asked for my money back and they said no because the lights had been ordered. Finally, the lights came in, but they kept telling me they had to make arrangements with the installers. No proper communication. Over two weeks later the installers finally came. They installed the lights, but they are backwards, and they had to use my extension cord. If they’d installed them the opposite way (which we talked about) and used my outdoor light with the special socket, it wouldn’t be backwards. The guy said to me quote “I don’t know why the company makes these boxes backwards”. To be clear, the box isn't backwards, they should have run the lights the opposite direction. The lights in one section are too far away from the house and you can barely see them. The most frustrating part... some wires were falling down a couple days after they installed them and the junction box isn't secured to the house properly and is loose. I have asked them repeatedly to fix this. They keep saying they will fix it when they are in the area. They are very very slow to communicate, with me often having to text or message several times and I keep getting excuses and it’s been two months now. In addition, I had to clean up little screws, garbage, plastic and other materials they just left in my yard. Their service and communication is horrible.

  We had Christmas lights installed. Staff was professional and made recommendations for our yard decorations. They provided lights for us and took care of everything for us. We were very happy with service and the light display.

  We hired Wisecuts Lawn & Snow to provide us with Christmas Lights. They took care of us everything for us from getting us the lights and extension cords and installing everything. Everything looks perfect and we are very happy with the lights. ****** ************

  Installed lights for us last year charged us $****. They put one string of lights up the wrong way and instead of fixing it they rigged up an extension cord with two male ends to join the lights. Our breaker kept tripping because the rigged up extension cord was heating up. We are fortunate they did not burn our house down. We asked them repeatedly to fix this - for over a year. They said they would fix it, told us they would show up and they NEVER showed up. We finally paid a professional to come and fix the mess they left.   ***** ***** ** ****** *** ******** **** **** ******** **** ********** ** *** ******** ******** Prepaid for 2 months, December, '22, January '23 of snow clearing and got nothing. Neighbor watched our house, took pictures to prove no work had been done.

  I had paid Wise Cuts to remove snow for one month and during that period they never came to remove any snow events over the 2 inch minimum. I asked for my money back and the Wise Cuts owner stated he would drop a cheque in the mail which never happened after many phone calls and text messages.
