      I am not sure if this is the appropriate area for my comments. On December 15 2023 I received help, from one of your employees, in reestablishing Online Access to my Corporate account, * ******* *******, # *******. This occurred at about 1630pm December 15/23. I unfortunately did not write down the first name of the lady that had helped me. She went through the process step by step. At the end she had me go through the process to make sure I knew the required steps to access my account. Her voice was clear. She was patient with me when I did make an error. It’s been a long time that I have been treated so kindly and efficiently, when dealing with issues in the corporate world. Hopefully through my account you can identify this person. She deserves commendation from me and from Cambrian.
      Prior to dealing with this lady I had called the Cambrian Centre, at least three times and was not able to get the help that would reestablish my online access. I even went to my local branch still without getting the proper help.
