Dear Moe and Team, Thank you for your PROFESSIONAL workmanship and amazing work on our stamped concrete patio! Moe and his team's work ethic is excellent, they are on time prompt and provides quick updates of every phase of the job and their customer service is excellent. They have finished the work in 3 days exceeding our expectations the concrete is well leveled and came out an amazing color combination with the stamp design. We just Love it. doing business with this company is a breeze, Moe is very easy to talk to, and even provided reasonable pricing. If you're looking for concrete work, there is no better company. From initial quote Moe showed his dedication to his business and image. As a business owner myself I appreciate the effort it takes to provide prompt & timely service. In fact the reason I went with Zaid instead of others was Moe's great communication initially. That great communication carried throughout the entire project. To add context my project was a driveway and sidewalk. A 4 day job turned into 3 weeks due to rain. Moe didn't cut corners to speed up the job. He actually took extra steps to ensure the job was done excellently. In the end my driveway is dry a hour after rain, water moves gracefully away from my house (and neighbors), no puddling. ** ********** ***** **** *** *** ******** ******** **** ***** **** ********* Moe and the team were professional, courteous, friendly ad tidy. They worked hard and kept their good humour even on the hottest day of the year. We are very pleased with our new driveway and garage floor and have received compliments on the work. I only wish that they would have suggested doing our sidewalk at the same time because it would have looked great, but we appreciate that they didn’t try to “upsell” us. Thanks Mo for the great job on our driveway and sidewalk. You and your crew were always on time, very professional, very friendly and kept the worksite as clean as possible every day. The work we had done could not look better especially the colored and stamped borders. Jeff T. Zaid Concrete removed the old driveway/pad and replaced with new. Mr. **** was very quick in responding to my request for a meeting and project estimate. He answered all my questions and explained the process very thoroughly. Mr. **** committed to providing a quotation within a couple days and delivered. The quotation was clearly detailed as to the plan of the work to be performed, materials used and payment stages. Contacted me immediately of any changes to the work schedule and kept me informed throughout the stages of work. The team working for Mr. **** were very polite and skilled at their trade. They worked continuously each day and through the high temperatures. I am very satisfied with the final product and my interactions with Mr. **** and his team. Overall excellent work by Mr. **** and his team! **** **** *** * *** ***** ** *** **** *** **** **** ****** **** **** **** **** ************ The quotation was in line with others but I selected Mr. **** for the following. * Took the time to go over everything of the job and answered all my questions, no rush. * His clear knowledge and expertise of the trade obtained from years in business. * Professionalism of Mr. ****. * Committed presence on site to oversee the work throughout the job. * Advising me to call if I have any questions or concerns during the project and after the job is finished. Moe replaced our front and back sidewalks. He readily answered questions before and during the project. He is very open to explaining how the work will be done. We were very pleased with the process and the end product.
