    Horrible experience here. On the phone I was quoted a price of $***** for an oil change. He said that price includes tax. Then, after being made to wait a full hour and a half, even though they were not busy at all, I was told the bill is $***. I asked the simpleton who goes by the name Dennis how he goes from $***** (including taxes) to $**7. He denied saying that he quoted me a price of $*****, and says he said it would cost between $******. That alone makes no sense because never in the history of oil changes has a company ever given a range of prices for an oil change after you tell them exactly what car and engine displacement you have, and hence, oil capacity, and the type of oil. They tell you an exact price. Then I mentioned that even if I go with the $** price, it still doesn't come to $***. He admitted screwed up on the taxes but still insisted on charging me $** and also not including taxes like I was told on the phone. So he changed the price from $*** to about $***. Needless to say, I won't be back.
