"Vallley fiber came to my home to install some of there hardware and at time told them I was not able to start service with them installer at time told me this was not a problem and to just call office to delay service. As I have done this they then told me this was not an option but would do this for a fee, told them this was an unfair practice and then told me that since they activated the service I was now in a contract with them." ...
