    I had a situation where my furnace went out on Friday Oct. 20, 2023. They assured me there would be someone there by the end of the day. I waited until Saturday and I contacted them again. I was told a service call would be double on the weekend, as it's considered an emergency call. On Monday, the 23rd, I called back and was told someone would call me back. On Tuesday the 24th finally someone called me back.
