      ** * *** *** ****** ** ** ****** **** ***** ** ** ******* ****** ****** ***** *** ** ** *** ******** ***** **** * **** **** ***** ***** ***** ** ****** There is NO customer service whatsoever. They have no one to assist you by phone over long weekends, the website is not up to date, and the reps are rude and condescending. I needed to apply a stop payment to a fraudulent charge that occurred on Friday of a long weekend. There is no one to answer phones, and no way to contact your personal branch, the website said 1 branch was open on Saturday of the long weekend. I drove 45 minutes to this branch only to find the doors locked! I called Tuesday morning at 0830, spoke to an individual who couldn't complete my request to apply for a stop payment, and advised I would have to speak to another rep, however, they were all in meetings and she could not advise me of a time I would receive a callback. I simply wanted a stop payment applied! When ****** ** was my bank (before the merger) you could stop payment online, now you had to call and jump through hoops just to get your account looked at. The second rep called me back, asked me a question I could not answer and advised that if I didn't cooperate I would have to go directly to my branch (40 minutes away) and proceeded to hang up on me as she claimed I was yelling at her! ****** ** *** **** *** *** *** ******** ** ******* *** ********** ******* *** **** ****** * ***** ** ***** *** ****** ** ****** *** * **** ******* ** ***** ******** ** * ******* * **** ***** ***** ** ** *** Trying to get through to a supervisor is almost impossible! They are extremely rude, asking too many questions when you want to discuss the situation with a supervisor. Unacceptable treatment of customers *** * **** ** ******** ******

      ** ****** ** *** **** ****** ******* **** ****** *** have experienced issues at transition, and since then. The rare times I have been in store the staff tried to be helpful, but availability service (hours) is just lacking ** *********** The online app seems to be only usable on wifi, which means I'm not using it outside of my home. They claim to have issues with **** as reason for connectivity issues using data, but **** ******* **** **** ***** ** they're the ones constantly updating their app. Which ************ has overall less features. C********** * **** ** ******* ** ** ***** ****

      Bad service - extremely difficulty getting in contact with mortgage representatives. Did not send any information to ******** mortgage clients about merger. They don't respond to messages or call back requests. **** ****

      I had an appointment to open an account / set up a membership at the Access Credit Union ** ****** on February 1st. When I met with the Deposit Service Representative she did a credit check on me and found out my credit was not good so she said she couldn't help me at first. * *** ********** ******** *** *** * **** ****** ** **** ********* ***** **** **** *** ***** ** ******* ****** Eventually she spoke to her manager (who did not bother to speak to me in person) and the manager said I was ".....only allowed to become a member under certain conditions such as: NOT being allowed online banking services, NO e-transfers, and any money deposited would be "on hold" for 5 business days...." then after a YEAR they would review my file and see if I was allowed additional privileges. ** **** * ********* *********** ** * ******* All I wanted was to deposit my money into an account and was penalized for my credit history. I have banked with ** for 30 years and I've NEVER had a problem like this. ** **** *** ***** ******* I am frustrated ** *** ***** ** ********** ** ********* ** ***** ****** ***** ******* *** *** ******** ** *****
