    I bought my house from Dion ******** in 2000. The issues over the last 23 years include: 1. The wiring needed to be completely redone. *** ************ **** ** *** *** ****** **** ***** * **** * **** *** ** ***** *** * * ***** **** ****** *** *** **** *** * ****** *** **** ***** ******* ** **** *********  *** *** ** ***** *** **** *** *** * ****. 2. The wraparound porch was constructed without any structural support. It wasn’t until I renovated the porch that we discovered the extent of neglect. 3. While doing renovations and removing the tub - we found a live electrical box in the wall, right under the water pump for the jetted tub. ** **** * ********. We are again lucky we were never electrocuted. 4. Again while doing renovations, we saw that Dion had actually cut into a main support beam to make new stairs. He replaced the beam with 2 2x4 boards. The house has started to sink in the corner and the whole house needs to be raised. The cost of all these damages combined has been in the tens of thousands of dollars. The issues I listed were just the start but they are the main complaints. ** ***** **** **** *** ********* **** ***** **** ***** * ******** **** ******** ** ************* *** **** ** ******* *** *********. I feel blessed to have not had any sort of accident (fire, electrocution, structural failure) and even more blessed that these things are coming to light and being fixed as we renovate. **** ********* ****** ********** **** *** ******* * **** ******
