First hired Dave to install a Hot Water tank that I purchased. He was in and out in a half a day, charged me a fair price and even took away the old water tank (which I was not expecting). Was happy with his work and had him return to move a valve in one of my bathroom showers because it was too close to the spout to put the vanity ring on. He was in and out in half a day, and charged me a fair price.

I can’t say enough good things about David ****** business. Let me try to explain I had a different unreliable renovation company to do complete kitchen redo A three week job turned into three months when he walked out Best thing happened DnK renovation and plumbing ltd stepped up to complete. All handles and painting and sealing of blacksplash. Had to deal with company who supplied cabinets as were crooked. Doors for cupboard warped Not all hardware for six touch drawers were supplied (which first contractor should of dealt with ) corrected touch up painting as had to sand and repaint two walls as not smooth as should be. Renovation Project: Complete master bedroom – ensuite overhaul. Dave ****** ********* ******** ** * ********* *** ************* ******* *********** ******** ** ******* ****** ******** **** ** *** ** **** *** ***** ** delayed the project many times *** ** ******** ******* *** ********** walked off the job after 5 months leaving us scrambling to find contractors. We were hit financially & emotionally due to his lack of professionalism, his unreliableness, and general inconsistencies.
During the five (5) months time span (Oct/23 – Feb/24) he completed the demolition of the ensuite and roughed in the walk-in shower. He then ******** with the framing/planning of the new walk-in shower. ** ***** **** ******** ******* ** ** *** *************** ******** ****** ** ***** *********** ******* ** ** ******** **** ****** ***. We were very patient & understanding with him ***** ** ******* * ***** ***** ** *** ** ******* **** *** **** ** ** ******** ** **** ** ******* *** ******** ** ***** ** ****** ** **** *********. In the end he chose to break the contract ** ******* *** *** ******* **** ** *********** *** ** ******* *******.
