    These guys were great, not your stereotypical movers. On time, clean cut and very personable. The crew had extra boxes we could use and had tools to take apart our crib which didn't fit through the door. They complimented us on our new home and made a stressful day really enjoyable.     I was moving right in the coldest part of winter and needed a professional company that did moves into and out of the city. These fine folks fit the bill. When we were discussing what the move involved (estimate of inventory, any stairs, etc) I was given a more than fair quote. Come move day, they arrived right on time and went right to work. I left them a key to lock up as I had to drive out of town to be at the end point. They took less time than they had quoted me, even with a much deserved break. These guys got me out of a jam and I can't thank them enough.

    Many thanks to the Total Moving team for the swift and efficient move of a second-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse in Nov 2023. Movers arrived on time and were friendly, very professional and worked quickly and carefully to get the job done fast and in less time than originally estimated with fee adjusted accordingly.     July 9, 2024 used Company for a move as they came recommended. What a mistake. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and one family heirloom bookcase complete destroyed. Of course they are saying that they are not responsible. Of all the furniture that was moved, only 1 was wrapped before. Nothing else was wrapped and as far as are concerned nothing was covered as all items were dirty. Apparently the strap which was used to secure the bookcase broke and the book case fell damaging other items. Their answer to this was that we were "lying" and 2 of the other items were damaged before the move. They said they had pictures...none were ever shown to us. Again, **** *** ******* inexperienced movers, The offer was $*** off of the moving cost. This had to be some kind of joke...no they were serious. ** ******* **** ********** ***** ********* ********* ** ******* *** **** *********** **** * ***** ****** *** ** **** **** ** *** **** **** ** **** **** **** *** ******** *** ********** ******* *****. You can talk to the Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager and get the same answers from all. **** **** ** ****** **** **** *** ***** *** ******** ** **** ** ********* Now the payout....enough just to cover the total paid for the move. What about my damaged goods? **** ***** **** ***** *** **** **** **** **** **** *** ****** *** **** ****** ** ***** ***** *** *** ****** *** ***** **** ******* ** ***** ****. ******** ******. You do NOT get what you pay for and you will have damaged property. Make sure you take videos and/or pictures of everything you need moved beforehand. **** ***** **** *** ** *** ********** *** ******** **** ** *** ***** ******  Very sad that a business has no customer service at all. Fill out a claims form. Why? They totally ignore it *** ***** **** **** ** ******** **** ** only pay what they feel and don't give any kind of offering to have the furniture repaired. *** *** ** ****** ** ******** *** *** *** ** **** ****** **** *** ******** ********

    Hi there, I apologize you are unhappy with how the move went. We have taken responsibility for the items we damaged. We have a claims process that we follow, for every job, no matter what it is. After investigating, speaking with the crew, speaking with the customer, and getting the claims form back from the customer. We submitted an offer to the customer for settlement that is based on our valuation standards on the items that were deemed to be damaged by our crew. We were in contact with the customer from the time the damage happened and we are still in contact with the customer to try to come to a mutual resolution. Please be in touch with us as soon as possible, we are trying to go through our claims process to ensure this is resolved.

    I recently used this moving company for my big move and I couldn't be happier with their service! Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they also managed to stay UNDER THE QUOTE!!!! From the initial consultation to the actual moving day, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Their team of movers arrived on time, carefully wrapped and protected all of my belongings, and managed to efficiently load everything into the moving truck without any issues. They expertly navigated through narrow hallways and stairs, ensuring that nothing was damaged during transport. * ************** ********* **** ****** ******* ** ****** ** **** ** * *********** *** *************** ****** *********** Their dedication and customer service truly deserve a five-star rating!

    This is the first time we are leaving a review. We used this company in July of 2023 as we want to support the local business in the new area we moved to. We paid the extra $*** they offer to ensure that if any damage was done, we wouldn’t have to worry. Unfortunately, damage did occur. They also took much longer to move and we had to pay $*** extra. ***** *** **** ******** They only make excuses and do not own up to their errors. Instead of using this as a learning tool, they place the blame on the consumer ** * *** *** *** **** ******** ** ****** *** **** *** * ********* ** *** **** Due to the fact that I had surgery recently, my wife and I decided to accept their offer of $*** that when we asked how they arrived at that amount, they said it was a good will offer? We asked what the $*** we paid extra was for and they still have not answered that question. The damage was $**** and we even offered to pay half. Their responses were always very unprofessional. * ***** ***** * **** ****** ******* ******** **** **** **** **** *** *** ** ********** *** ***** ****** ** ****** *** *** *****. One of the young men used foul language when I questioned why he didn’t remove the walk out basement patio door, telling me that he's not a **** construction worker and doesn’t build homes. He later apologized. I told him I accept his apology and not to worry as we would file for damages. He then said, yes, but it will be me that it goes against. He was more worried about his job then the damage done. *** *** **** ** *** ** ** **** **** ** ** **** ****** ** *** *** **** ******* *** ***** ***** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***** ****. It’s really too bad that instead of teaching the young men who they said had 2 years experience, they make excuses for them. ** **** ** *** ***** ********* **** ** **** ** ***** *** **** **** ** ******* **** **** *** ********* **** **** *** ********* ******
