    We had an extremely disappointing experience with Lelum Building Solutions. Approximately three months ago, we ordered a piece of equipment from them, paying over $1,400 upfront. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, the item has never been delivered.Over the past few months, we have reached out to the owner numerous times to request a reimbursement for the undelivered item. Each time, we were met with promises that the reimbursement would be issued. However, these promises were never fulfilled. We are now on our fifth attempt to resolve this matter, and it has become evident that the company lacks accountability and ownership of their actions.Their handling of this situation has been highly unprofessional, and their repeated failure to address the issue has left us feeling misled and frustrated. This was not a situation caused by us, the customer, but their inability to deliver the product or honor their commitment to a refund is unacceptable.We strongly recommend against using Lelum Building Solutions for any services or purchases. Their lack of reliability, transparency, and integrity has been a significant disappointment, and we hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering doing business with them.If Lelum Building Solutions wishes to resolve this matter, they are welcome to contact us directly to process the promised reimbursement. Until then, our opinion of this company remains negative.
