    I am having a horrible experience purchasing my trailer through this corporatetion. The salesman was not telling the truth. When I complain it is on deaf ears. I find this company to be Untrustworthy.

    Horrible,disastrous experience with the company Kelowna ** , in West kelowna. Done deal for purchasing a ** . Have all the messages between salesman, and finance department. Sold sign was on the ** for the week that we were waiting for them to put in the washer and dryer and finish up all the paperwork. This was a Friday night of a long weekend. (We had to go away for two days and sent in our ID and had conformation to do the last signature on Tuesday (as the finance guy was away as well) (we have it all documented and pictures of their messages) well between that Friday night and Monday morning(holiday monday) ROD (the salesman) sold the rv (with the sold sign on) right out from underneath us. He was rude when he called my husband to tell him. Very pompous. Now we are full time Rv and live in a wonderful rv community and know many people who live full time in there rv's not just at our location but in many of the locations in the okanagan, as well as my husband works for the city. We have many many friends throughout the okanagan and people do talk, recommend, give advice. We wanted to support the smaller supposedly family run business in our community, well if you want to purchase an Rv , would not recommend this company whatsoever ever Not only that we also know others who have had issues with warranty work through them as well. . We have all the evidence of how sneaky this was done and NEVER EVER trust the salesman Rod at Kelowna **
