  Working with Justin Gibson we had replaced 8 single pane windows in our house with Enerheat double pane windows. From our initial contact with Justin, through the decision-making process and concluding with the installation date a few days ago with Justin, we could not be more pleased. The process was seamless and the professionalism, experience and competency was ‘ten out of ten’. There was never a hiccup in the whole process. Justin always provided us with clear, open communication with no pressure sales tactics. Our experience with Justin was duplicated by the experience, professionalism and competence of the installation team of Daryl, Ken and Sean. They left the house as tidy and clean as they entered it. They laid down throw sheets through the installation area and concluded with a thorough clean up and vacuuming. Frankly —they are seasoned veterans who exude a high sense of confidence in their ability. I cannot say enough positive things about our Enerheat experience and their products. If not already on your vendor list please include them—you won’t be disappointed. Glen C

  The first time we got Enerheat to replace a few smaller windows in our living room, my wife and I found the whole experience quite pleasant. No fuss, no surprises, job was done as per the agreement professionally and right on time. A few months ago, we contracted Enerheat again to replace all 7 of our large 15ft atrium windows. This was a very complex job that required extensive planning, making intricate custom wood trims for the window frames and sills, and creative raised platforms to fit the curved obstructed areas inside and outside. Justin provided timely updates throughout the process and answered all our questions. Daryl and the crew were truly amazing. They were professional, impressively creative in the way they reached the hard to access spots and removed the old windows with no damage to the structure and handled/installed the large new windows with perfect fit. They protected the entire work area upstairs and downstairs to avoid damage to the walls, tile flooring, raised tiled garden area and hardwood flooring with blankets and sheets. They cleaned inside and out every afternoon before they left. And at the end they cleaned the entire area, removed all the remaining old windows and debris and left the place in pristine condition. Working with Justin, Daryl, Sean and Ken was such a pleasure, we couldn’t be more grateful for the positive experience. They managed to minimize the stress of a large renovation project of this magnitude and complexity. Thanks Farzin
