    Our vehicle broke down on the Malahat, and Totem Towing came within half an hour as their driver was returning from an Up-Island tow. We were very fortunate we did not have to wait longer when it was such a busy time of year and dark and cold (nearing Christmas). Weston, our driver, was so nice and our vehicle received top-class care as it was an all-wheel drive. Weston was also very patient, being the first drop-off location was locked up, so we had to travel another 1/2 hr away from that location to drop off our car at a repair location.
    We can't say enough about how great this experience was, despite our anxiety about an expected not-so-good outcome of our vehicle's issue. We would never hesitate to recommend Totem Towing to anyone. Prompt, friendly and careful - everything went extremely well. Thank you so much Totem and Weston!
