So very reliable, on time, kind, careful, and thoughtful. I have used this company 3 times and have referred to friends and family who have hired On Line Moving. Rick and his crew are so hard working. They helped me with the last-minute packing, such good attitudes and sense of humour. A racoon was hanging around outside the truck while the guys were loading. They asked " would you like us to put him in a box as well " Took unusable items to the dump no fuss, no negativity, all part of their service. Their costs were reasonable considering all the various trips they had to make plus organizing all of my stuff into a storage facility, Actually 2 storage units. I agree with all the previous reviewers - this company’s service stands out for sure in this day and age when good service is rare! Prompt response to communication prior to move, plus warm, friendly, efficient, hardworking moving staff - easy to communicate with and requests are accepted and handled without any issue. Definitely recommended.

The move was for the my sister's estate. The gentlemen who did the move are to be commended for their care during the move and for accommodating other residents of the building. I was impressed and grateful for their compassion as well. The furniture store, receiving the bulk of the items, also commented on how well they had packed and unpacked the items, as did the recipients of the other furniture. Great moving company. I have used them twice, both with a single furniture items that needed transporting. The attention and service was the same as if I'd moved the contents of a six bedroom house.....and yes they return phone calls:)
