      570 Kortright Rd. W. in Guelph Ont. has become known for horrible customer service. I have been trying to contact this location for 3 weeks for needed adjustments. They do not answer emails, phone calls or messages. They have lost a customer after 5 years. They will also lose a positive recommendation to anyone who asks me.

      Yonge and Davisville location: I am very disappointed in Connect Hearing policy of charging with tax over $100 to clear wax out of my ears after paying $8500 for hearing aids from Phonak, that have already had to have battery replaced within 13 months, issues with the actual ear inserts. I regret getting my hearing aids from this company. Original service was very good. These hearing aids are grossly overpriced, and the service is substandard for the price you pay.

      Got my first pair of hearing aids. The clinic was only concerned about tinnitus, and when it came to the actual hearing loss they just seemed confused. Hearing aids where not loud enough. 3 hearing tests later all in the same week, and having to go in multiple times. The wait for 2 of those three times was over 40 min. Nice staff, but they are trying to milk as much money as possible. The hearing aids are 3k, and many, many returns to do something super minor. I personally feel they are bringing me in constantly and for no real reason, to milk more money out of MSP.

      Audiologist is very rude and condescending. Refused to help adjust ***** new hearing aids five times since April/23 so now they are no longer under warranty. I will never go to Laurier St. again.

      I am very satisfied with Connect Hearing. Globie Cortex has gone overboard in finding the maximum results for my hearing. Her service is A1. Ken Anderson

      I want to commend Dr. Pennie Antenza-Sanvictores for her professional assistance. She has great public relation skills and is knowledgeable in her field. I have received professional assistance from the Vernon Connect Hearing office for many years and have yet to run into a problem. The products have been very helpful for me. I recommend this place and the staff. Barry Raluse

      This morning, I had an extensive hearing test at the Royal Oak Centre, Victoria, B.C., Connect Hearing place. The audiologist was Mae *********. She did an outstanding job putting me at ease. Her instructions to me were crystal clear yet low-key. I felt no anxiety throughout the hour. I stayed amazed at technology very well implemented to have me hear better. I am very thankful for this exam.
