We proudly make all our ice cream on site. Even things like the brownies that go in the Brown Butter Brownie Ice Cream, the rhubarb compote and crumble for the Rhubarb Crumble ice cream, and the hand chopped mint for the Mint Dark Chocolate. We try and do as much as we can in house and we try to use as much local product from local businesses as we can. Our Water Buffalo Milk is provided by McClintock's Farm in the Comox Valley and made by happy Grass fed animals. Our Vanilla is provided by a local father and son Victoria business. The list goes on!
We basically want to make a great product and be a positive member of the community.
