Was given a quote of $500 to build two control panels, one of them being able to play ********' Stargate. The problems pretty much started right away. Was told I'd be kept appraised of progress. Didn't happen; I had to contact them for updates. The work took almost 7 weeks. I can understand waiting for parts to arrive, but still, that's far too long, especially after being told that parts would arrive within a few days. After four weeks they started asking for balance of payment, seemingly unaware that they hadn't finished the job yet.The ********' panel used the wrong joystick with too much resistance and travel distance. The original arcade game uses a fairly custom stick which if not matched, there's no point playing. All the buttons on both panels used click switches instead of non-click, making them too hard to use after only a short amount of gameplay (not to mention ruining the feel). The stick's restrictor panel was also a hack job.Despite my mentioning needing Xbox compatibility, they used a Xinmo encoder which uses the older DirectInput protocol instead of XInput. So it works with MAME but not with Unreal Engine, at least not without additional converter software. Overall, it looks like they used the cheapest parts they had.Was told I could playtest (on MAME, presumably) when picking up the finished panels, but that never happened. The technician instead kept fiddling around for ages with an unbelievably messy work table and two PCs, one which never booted and the other which only showed a BIOS screen. I finally asked if he had a laptop and he produced one but only showed the basic Xinmo status readouts. Another hour or so was spent rewiring that encoder because they hadn't bothered to ask which controls should correspond to which USB outputs. They quoted an extra $612 to fix things (!). Needless to say, I declined and will try other options.

Terrible company. Was charged $350 to come fix my acade machines. The technician was so slow. They spend 2 hours and couldn't fix it or even replace the fuses. Didn't look like they even knew what they were doing. Very unprofessional. Arrived by bus with a tiny toolbox. No supplies or even spare fuses. Never brought me the fuses I paid for. Never returns calls or messages. Says I'll be refunded, but it doesn't happen. It's not even about the fuses or the money. It's the principle of it. It's just a terrible way to conduct business. Ridiculous company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Buyer Beware!!! Late with delivery (4 months) and product was terribly built. Company will not warranty even though one year is included with purchase.
