      We rented our unit for 1 month, during that duration of time we were robbed. The staff was very unhelpful and unempathetic, its been over a month and no one has gotten back to us on our claim. The security is terrible, our entire unit was destroyed, things broken and lots of items were taken. We did pay for the extra insurance for our unit, with no help on how to go forward. I do not recommend using this company.

      When this company was called "Storage for Your Life" it seemed like it was under better, more responsible management. Since it became "Sentinel Storage" I noticed all of the mouse and rat traps. I stored my belongings there for three years. During the last year and new management, my storage fees went up 4 times and the building and my locker were infested with rodents. My belongings were destroyed by rodent excrement and urine. Their response to my complaint about having my belongings ruined was that "they can't be responsible for everything that people put in their lockers." DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! It is a waste of money and your belongings will get destroyed.
