    I ordered flowers for our Grand Opening Event. The flowers were very beautiful and just what I asked for. The staff at Nature's wonder were so lovely and very helpful. I have always ordered from here and I am never disappointed.

    *** * **** ** ************** ********. Received Mothers Day flowers mid May 10, and noticed the flowers were brown on the edges and loosing petals on May 12. The floral product was inexpensive carnations, that typically are none for lasting a long time. The 2 stems of alstroemeria had already dropped its dead petals. My daughter paid way too much for this ******* arrangement.

    Great flower shop... Have used them several times placing orders by phone but recently had the opportunity to visit in person when in *********. I was impressed with the selection of flowers compared to the local florist where I live. Nice friendly staff too

    Ordered $300 bouquet for my wife on our anniversary 2023.03.17 I ordered first thing in the morning to guarantee same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered to my wife. I attempted several times throughout the day to contact the company but they would not pick up at the two numbers provided and no response from email. ** *** ***** **** ******** Do not spend your money with this company. Complete disregard for customers and zero customer service. **** *** * *****

    We sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery of your wifes anniversary roses. We had an unforeseen computer failure that morning and your order was stuck in the system. We immediately refunded you in full and also delivered the sizeable arrangement at no charge. What we are finding hard to understand, is that you have ordered from us four times before, dating back 5 years without issue. Why you felt the need to post such a harsh review, seems unfair.** *** *** * ***** *** *** *** ******** ********* We are reputable, honest, family-owned company who genuinely care and have earned a long-standing, positive reputation within our community.     Thank you for your response. It is unfortunate that your ordering system went down and that my order was undeliverable on the date promised. It is also tragically unbelievable that at the same time all of your contact numbers and your email service also went down at the same time for the exact same amount of time. When you finally responded to me I told you twice that I did not want or require the flowers and that I just wanted my refund. It was you that insisted on sending the flowers. Thank you for sending the flowers, ******** leaves and all but understand that the gesture was for you and not for me. ** ******* ***** ***** ******* * **** ****** ******* ******** ** ******** *** ********** ** *** ** *** **** *** ******* **** ** ********** **** ***** ***** *********** You only have control over how you answer your phones, reply to your emails and communicate with your customers in a timely manner. Moving forward, in order to avoid hurting your feelings I will simply not order from you for any occasion or for any reason. I'm sorry again that you experienced such an unbelievable and catastrophic interruption of all your systems at the same time and for the same length of time. Continued success with your business.
