Be careful with this Airbnb host! With less than 24 hours notice, host tried to switch our reservation to off ***************** that was not comparable, saying the Airbnb condo was banded! Needless to say, we had to find alternative accommodation on less than 24 hours notice (and pay higher prices as a result!). Classic bait and switch move. ********* and misleading.

This review contain public warning, specifically for Zodiac Asset (****), *************************************************************, who listed #**************************************************** and other properties around ********* in Airbnb. We stayed from 31 December 2022 to 29 January 2023 at #****-6538 ****************, ******* (****) and only learnt from ****, the head concierge of **** that Airbnb activity is illegal for this tower. Some of the issues we had from the moment we stepped into this apartment had been reported to the host and from Airbnb support:(i) this unit is illegal for Airbnb (ref: the head concierge of the building, ****)(ii) our fob/key was blocked from pool, hot tub, gym described in the listing, Zodiac/**** claimed the owner told him there was no pool and told us to go to the community center across the street, until we countered him that everyone can see the pool from outside of the building (iii) the smoke alarm is not functioning, it keeps beeping from the time we checked in until it was fixed 2 days later (iv) provided only a quarter roll of toilet tissue when we checked in, despite promising to give a full month's amenity for our full month stay (v) no pods for the Nespresso machine, no dishwasher-detergent, dusty floor that made our socks black, dirty-*****-broken eating utensils, chipped, mix-matched cups/bowls/dishes, broken knive-block, broken shoe rack, broken drawer, non-functioning clock, non-functioning kitchen fan, non-functioning bathroom lights, and many others ....To cover up his faults/lies, Zodiac Assets wrote a review of us as Airbnb clients that were "... super picky... tons of request... difficult to communicate"
