    On July 8th 2024, I was at the above company recycling an assortment of metals as I have many times over many years.The metals were all seperated and sitting on the scale when the owner **** refused to pay for the metals according to what each different metal is worth and I ended up loading the metals back into my vehicle.He then told me I was banned from the property and unable to recycle metal in *********. I let him know he was being a jerk after that.He further came out of his office to physically threaten me but I was able to get my camera on him and warm him I would call the police if he touched me and he returned to his office.I checked and found that Metal Recyclers need to be registered by the ********************* and North Star Metal Recycling was not registered according to the web site provided by the *********************.I also questioned why they are not providing receipts for previous transactions but no proper response was provided.I also would like to confirm if they are allowed to accept A/C units containing refrigerant. I have recycled those their before and was informed by the owner, ****, that they remove the refrigerant on site.The BBB has ************************* as the owner and **** as the manager, could that be confirmed as **** claims he is the owner and I had hoped to talk to ************************* concerning this.Regards,*****************
