  They say they guarantee their work and yet they caused over $1,000 worth of damage which they recommended I get a second opinion in which they said they would pay for a portion of the damages (not all) plus offered me a free oil change! I am yet to see my cheque that was put in the mail. Disgusting that this business is still around and that people trust them to even wash their windows.

  I went to Mr. **** in Mid January because I am desperate for oil change at ************** in ********* They are friendly. But I found that because I am a lady. They made it sound like I need everything. Beside the full synthetic oil. They offer to change my filter and also say that because my oil is really low there are water mix in the engine flush. I got scared so I said yes which I paid and friction shield as well plus air filter. It came up to almost 260 dollars which I think its too expensive. My regular car mechanic will only charge me less than I paid for normally. The one made me so upset is when my brother who works in ******* who makes cars and understand my car better than I am said I got ripped off. I dont need the engine flush and Friction shield and the filter normally only 20 something dollars at ****** which is overpriced at Mr. ***** I recently bought my car August 2023 and everything is in perfect condition. And my car was maintained by a mechanic. Its just that I was desperate that day since I have to travel to ******* after the oil change. But I guess because I am a lady they treat me like a newbie and they think they can get away with everything because I dont know much about cars. I normally pays less than 150 from my mechanic but Mr. **** are over priced and feels like they cheat with a lot of their customers to make money. I am not happy about it. I hope someone can deal with those type of business. It doesnt mean I am a woman, they think they can get away with things. I am really disappointed after getting scolded but my brother and my own mechanic. This is not right. I wonder how many more customers they cheated on just to make money. Im really really disappointed.

  I wanted an ac recharge IF my system was ok. They filled without checking and it all leaked away. When I learned (from someone else because they know nothing) repairs would be $3100 I gave up on it and wanted a partial refund. They refused. So I paid $256 just to know I have a leak. I'll never go back for any reason.

  After my oil change at Mr Lube, St-****** in ****, I noticed a leak and went back to have it repaired. When I arrived, an employee told me that the work he was doing was not being done well and that his colleague had to tighten a vice. When the colleague (*******) who tightened a bolt came to me he told me another story in the presence of his other colleague not knowing that his colleague had already told me that they had done a bad job. And I was stunned. So I repeated exactly what the other had said to me in front of him. And then ask them to give me a paper saying they did a bad job and if it ever continues to leak after I get home, I'll be back. They refused to give me this paper. So I refuse to leave the premises. They threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I told them to call the police. After that they said they would call a tow truck to come and tow my car as I refused to go home without the paper proof I wanted. The manager of this place hasn't called me yet to apologize. I've been going there for years for my oil change, but this latest experience has me wondering. I'm afraid that for a simple request, employees call the police about their customers. I'm afraid now to go and have my oil changed at Mr. *******

  22nd and King George Hwy Surrey is the location I use... They are absolutely amazing.. I trust them with my car for everything ...had breaks...front and back done..new battery numerous oil changes... All the staff are friendly and know exactly what they are doing... With being a woman and widower I have had a few rips off from other locations but with this location they has really assured me I can trust them...and I do.. Great job guys KEEP IT UP

  DO NOT GO HERE. They are not open about their pricing and overcharge for the simple oil change that they do. I escalated to their head office and no one has gotten back to me. Below is my email and issue that I had with them and no one ever got back to me. Take your car across the street ** ***** where their oil changes are advertised openly with the price and it is a lot less expensive for the exact same work and oil. I strongly feel they just upsell a higher oil change package to all unsuspecting customers. I have contacted the company 4 times with only one response from the manager saying that is how much the oil change is and no response from corporate. My situation and email to the company: I also left this feedback on your website. I wanted to also email you separately. I visited the Main street location in Vancouver today April 14 at 6:30PM. I went in for a quick oil change because it was time and I was driving to Seattle the next day. I appreciate Mr. Lubes' quick service. However... I am not pleased with my recent oil change at this location. I am not new to cars and I know enough having owned many through my lifetime. My car is a 2011 *** ****. I have had a lot of oil changes through private well respected garages or done at the *** dealership. I have also had numerous oil changes at quick oil change places like ***** ** Mr. Lube. Today's visit was concerning because your mechanic made me think the only choice of oil package I had was the Ultra Premium package. He said I needed Synthetic which is true but I should not have been given the most expensive oil change package. I was charged $187.97 for the oil change alone before taxes. I have never paid this much for an oil change outside of *** OEM service. He made me believe that was the only package you had for synthetic which is not true. I drove out of your location and I saw right on a sign ***** across the street from your location charges $109 for synthetic 6.0L oil change and

  The price itself is set nationally by the company. Our individual stores cannot set up prices, we responded to the customer numerous times from head office, from the store level, from different management levels, and the customer still complains, despite the fact that we have reached out numerous times with no responses.
