- We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds within the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of pick up or delivery, either in store or by mail.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygienic reasons duvets, pillows, feather beds, mattress pads, lotions and lingerie are final sale. Pillows can be adjusted for firmness, so let us know if this is something you are interested in!
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Custom orders may not be exchanged (such as items with custom embroidery colours or custom sizing or colour combinations).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- US clients - please note taxes and duties that may be charged by your local customs office are also non-refundable.
