      Beware! Unpleasant Experience with buying a diffuser from this company Just wanted to share my recent frustrating experience with a diffuser I bought from **************, *********. So, I got this diffuser online, and after just one week of use, it is completely shut off. I tried the troubleshooting guide in the manual but unfortunately it didnt work. According to their return policy for online purchases, I should be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.I have expressed my concerns about the misleading information on their return policy through various messages. This experience has left me hesitant about making future purchases if this is the level of customer treatment.
