    Driver Courtney T***** tried to deliver a package to me on November 9 and phoned me as I was not home. I asked him to please bring it to me a couple of blocks further down the street, but instead of maybe politely telling me he is unable to do that, he said "No" and hung up on me.
    He left a note on the door indicating the package was dropped off at the 1050 Davie Street location. I went there yesterday (November 14) and the staff there couldn't find the parcel.
    I called UPS and the automated message said the package was actually dropped off at the 1030 Denman Street.
    When I went there to pick up my parcel this evening (November 15), the employee at this location was angry with me for placing a ****** review detailing the incident. He called it a "garbage review" and was beyond rude. I don't remember ever being addressed in quite this manner by anyone providing a service I paid for. The item in the package cost me $1,000. A couple of incompetent and impertinent UPS employees made me run all over Vancouver to try to recover it, and instead of apologizing for the rudeness and errors I had to face, the employee at the Denman location where I was finally able to recover my package said he doesn't care what I think about his behaviour.
    I have notified the sender of my package that I will no longer order from them unless they assure me they will use a different delivery company than UPS. I have also lodged an official complaint with UPS head office today.
    Unbelievably insolent and unprofessional behaviour. ******** ****** *** ** ******* ** **** **** *** **
