Stay away from this card, but I'm sure people seeing this was already affected by this scam card. So i have an amex card and wanted to purchase a ****** travel package. ****** told me they dont take amex but however a solution will be buy a prepaid card **** and redeem them to get a ****** gift card. So i purchaed 10 cards 500 each. As I ordered a ****** gift card, the Prepaid was all locked and place on hold. After calling i was told my prepaid was breach of frad and will mail a new card to me. HOWEVER They never ask for my mailing address or even let me know a new card was coming. WORSE part there was no tracking numbers. NOW i have 10 trash prepaid card all with no money and 5000 in mail and have no tracking to them. THIS CARD IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY. I HAVE 5000 MISSING and NO TRACK of it.

Do not purchase "the Perfect Gift" card - it's a scam and far from perfect!! we understand GC's cannot expire in Canada, here is the exception. Also once activated (even though I had not) they drain the value monthly explaining monthly "service charges"!! for what service? Avoid these cards and I will be advising consumer reporters to ensure people are informed. ***** ************

The prepaid got blocked for unknown reason. They cannot remove the block from the card, not sure why - all credit card issuers can remove card block. Getting a cheque sent to home address was the only option. Requested a cheque to be sent for the balance amount. No sign of cheque or no follow ups from them for 6 months. After 8 months and multiple follow up from my end, they sent me a cheque $10 less than actual amount. When I followed up again, they say there was a cheque fee, which was never mentioned in any of the communication before. Seems like customer needs to pay for their system issues. STAY AWAY!

I live in ********** & received a $500 gift card from a family member as a wedding gift in April 2022. My wife and I planned to save it and use it on a trip or something sometime in the future. The card was in my desk drawer and sealed in its original packaging until today 03/02/2023. Upon opening the card and seeing the card numbers for the FIRST TIME I went to check the balance and register the card. The representative told me the balance is $0 and someone used the card at ********************** in ****** *****, for the full amount. He says it's been longer than 60 days so there is nothing that can be done. This makes no sense as I live in ********** and the card has never been opened until just now. So within 2 months of receiving this card, the entire balance has been wiped off of the card without my knowledge. There is no way for me to know this occurred, so there is nothing that I could have done to avoid this 60 day time window rule, I was saving this to spend at a time of my pleasing as it expires in ****. If someone in another state was able to use this card in person, while I physically have the unopened card in my possession, it is a major security flaw within these gift cards. Someone else obviously knows the credit card information and I am willing to bet I am not the only one this happened to. The business needs to take accountability for these lost funds as it is unacceptable and unethical.

I have contacted Peoples Group and opened a case (********* ) which was then closed by the company because the matter was more 60 days after the transaction occurred. I opened the card out of its sealed packaging 10 months after the funds were stolen. This is a flaw in the security of your cards and beyond my control. Please read my review again if you do not understand why this is an issue. I will be escalating this matter to small claims court.
