- Advertising Review:On May 3, 2023, BBB contacted the business regarding its Facebook advertisement, dated March 3 and February 28, 2022, claim of ‘15% off'. The ad failed to state the basis for the 15% off, such as 15% off regular price as required by BBB’s Code of Advertising.
BBB also contacted the business regarding its website claim, 'We pride ourselves on offering something for everyone – whether it’s traditional, modern, or Motorized Shades Blinds – and at unbeatable prices'. The ad failed to disclose any applicable terms and conditions.
The same claim could also be found in their Yellow Pages, Yelp and YouTube pages.
The business did not respond to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising.
