    Wow I should have read the Review before hiring him and the same thing happened with us no video PLEASE PLEASE DONT HIRE HIM you will loose everything.

    Our family had a very disappointing experience with Ritz Cinema and *********************** ******. Ritz Cinema was contracted to video a Memorial Celebration for my husband at the ************* Racetrack in July, 2023. There were many cherished moments that needed to be remembered! *********************** was personable and arrived on time. We thought we were in good hands, but our optimism soon disappeared . *********************** was paid according to the contract that was not fulfilled and three months later we were trying to salvage the event memories There were excuses after excuses including the video was corrupted or family emergencies, occurred stalling the completion of the video. Many ramifications of the contract were not fulfilled. He did finally deliver some of the event and after repeated emails and telephone calls did add music to the video. Unfortunately much of the event was missed attributed to the alleged corrupted video. Ritz Cinema and *********************** ****** were not professional displaying a very limited skill set with very mediocre editing expertise. His perpetual delays and excuses were upsetting and considerable time was spent trying to obtain a finished product that was paid for. For whatever reason Ritz Cinema and *********************** were not able to get the job done.From our experience, it would be a good idea to not use Ritz Cinema and *********************** for your video needs. His record from our special memorial as well as other researched reviews require in our opinion that you do a speedy dash away from this company. Your event is too precious to be ruined by shoddy unprofessional and delayed workmanship
