    I signed up my daughter for supportive math tutoring and after 30 mins on the class she had text me saying that it wasnt working. The instructors were not able to help her with the math she was needing support with. We had signed a month commitment abs after 1 of the 8 month sessions I wrote explaining my concerns and requested a refund. I volunteered 1/8 payment and also suggested and admin fee without avail. The manager called me and spoke to their policy of not refunding any portion of funding. I should have done my research as ****** speaks to this issue with this business. Trying to get blood from a stone. Even when they arent delivering on their commitments they say things you need to give us time to right the wrongs but math exams and school academics dont wait for this business to get it right. After 15 more minutes on the phone I am wrestling with the fact that the money is gone and this business gets to continue to deliver sub par tutoring and get away with it.
