Having Dwell Property Management is a huge blessing to our family specially emotionally. Never-ending support and guidance they provide to make sure we have balance of everything. Spending quality time with our love ones is the great present they always give generously.

Horrible and worst service . zero star if a option . Even we doubt they have ***** ***** benefit connection between property manager with the outside restoration company, they never uphold the legal interest of owner but design trap to ***** owner's money. We will put a lawsuit against this company ,to get get justice done.

We act as agent for your strata corporation and take direction from the strata council. Contractors that undertake work at your property are arms-length third parties and we have no financial interest and receive no benefits (financial or otherwise) from contractors. If we have an interest in a contractor, we would be obligated to disclose that interest. If we were to receive a benefit, we would be obligated to disclose that benefit and turn that benefit over to the client (your strata). In addition, your strata council is made up of fellow owners who volunteer their time to run the strata for the benefit of all owners – they tend to be very prudent about spending their fellow owners’ strata fees. Since you mentioned that your concern involves a restoration company, it might also be beneficial to note that, if there is an insurance claim involved, the scope of work and often, the choice of contractor, is approved by the strata corporation’s insurer, who is motivated to have the work completed in a cost-effective manner (since they are paying the bill). It can sometimes, however; be frustrating for owners (and the council) to deal with an insurance claim as they do not have complete control of the contractor or the scope of work (again because the insurer’s involvement in those aspects of the project). If you have additional concerns, you are welcome to submit your concerns to your strata council. You can also could contact our office and ask for the Managing Broker. I hope this helps.

Our property manager, ****** ******** has been evasive and failed to respond to owners. He has also **** ******** *** ignored the strata act on a number of issues. Complaints to the managing broker, *** ********* have also gone with no response. This is the worst property management company I have had the misfortune to deal with in all the years of living in a strata. How can a company offer such little service to owners and disregard their duties and yet still stay in business? Our strata will be much better as soon as this company is replaced.
