    Ray their regional service rep and trainer is lazy and un responsive. After months of trying to get him to schedule a training date so my company can offer the full warranty I will now have to switch to another product for my projects. *** on three different occasions has promised to be in town for a meeting, only to never show up. The last call I had with me he tries to lie to my face and say that he never agreed to a meeting and suggested I drive 7 hours away to take a training closer to him. I have never met a regional sales rep with such a disgusting attitude. This poor service has lasted almost a year and I have customers (********** spoke with!) who are now upset and confused as to why a product I told them was the best, can't seem to find the time to offer training and customer service. Needless to say I will be switching to the competitors product ******. If this company wanted to be sold in ****** then I'm sure they would offer training here, but I guess *** has other plans. AVOID RAY AT ALL COSTS HE IS A ****
