    ****************. I fell slightly behind raising three children on my own without support. They continue to withdraw money even after loan is paid off I have nothing left to feed or raise children because of 2 withdrawals on same day exceeding my loan in total. Me nth later same thing. I've tried to contact them only to have no response I've tried to rectify it to have no response. It's a horrible company and should be shut down and disassembled

    this company is super aggressive, unwilling to compromise and continuously harasses/threats you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

    They are complete and utter scammers. I missed a couple payments which we then came to arrangement and was going to make sure I had the funds available. The first payment arrangement, they took two payments when it was to be only one and that payment was before I got paid leading me to have a *** fee due to their mistake. I paid the $50.00 NSF fees they charge for the previous missed payments and though everything was fine until the supposedly last two payments which were to be taken out on the same day, they only took one and sent me a threatening email stating i owed approximately $240 more than what i was actually owing. I have provided them previous correspondence and proof of payments and they are still harassing me stating they want to keep it positive and don't want to contact my employment if I don't cooperate. They are shady and I highly recommend staying the heck away from this company. I am willing to provide them the last payment but I want confirmation from them first before doing so or I have stated I am fine with them filing a SOC and serving me as I will be asking for costs for their mistakes and illegal/shady business.

    I got yelled at by ******* who answers the phones n accused of not paying my loan mean well.they with drew it from my account then I called them to lower my loan payment cause there payments r rediculous amount but the same day they try to take out the new loan payment amount saying it "refinancing" I have not enough in my account cause I didn't know they were going to take it out I didn't authorize it so it came back *** an I got threatened to b charged with fraud for not paying mean well I just did I don't appreciate a business being rude mean an down right awful to there customers threating to report u for FRAUD this lady should not work with the public yelling at customers doesn't matter what there curcum stances are

    They tried to state i was too pay twice a month when clearly my contract states bi- mensuel, which translated to English means once a month, not bi weekly like they are stating

    I havent been able to pay my loan and I understand I need to. But all of the threats and telling me they are going to charge me with fraud. And they are going to call the police on me. And they are going to blacklist me for future loans. I think this way of conducting business is wrong and making threats is definitely not the way to conduct a business. You are harassing me! I will contact someone to make sure you stop harassing me. This is a disgusting way to represent this business Toledo Credit. Do not get a loan from them for any reason!

    Their interest rate is good compared to other payday loans I tried, kinda hard to get a hold of someone but honestly pretty good.
