      ***** was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend her for laser. She is very knowledgeable and shared information about the different types of laser used for hair removal. This was my first time doing a full body laser hair removal so I was nervous because the only other experience I had was getting my armpits done along time ago. She did a in-depth scan of my hair follicles and told me where my hair was thickest and what I needed to focus on because my entire body doesnt have hair. Since I had shaved everything before I came I was impressed she knew where my hair actually grows and how thick it is. During my laser she told me when I needed to take breathes for painful parts and it made it so easy for me to get through those parts. She also used instant cooling with a fan which made the laser cool down instantly after it hit my skin and it didnt really give me time to even feel the pain. They didnt do this at ideal image when I got my armpit hair lasered and I didnt really enjoy my experience there. I would definitely recommend the burnaby location to anyone and I already have lol everyone was really nice and professional.

      Highly recommend this business. When you first walk in, the girls at the front are attentive and professional. The music is soothing and the lights are dim. Once you get into the treatment room it's clean and bright (i was having a laser treatment done). They have packaged for laser hair removal and spa-type treatments, as well as stand alone services. I like that there is flexibility in being able to choose your own service needs. They are more than reasonably priced for treatments and they (reception and technicians) don't try to upset on anything. They aren't pushy and it makes for a pleasant experience. They answer any questions you have and refer to their owner for price on laser hair removal. 5 stars well deserved!

      Fantastic experience all around. Clean environment with well trained technicians who all deliver professional service. I've attended the ****** location for many years and recently tried their ******* location as it's more convenient. The ******* location is held to the same high standards.

      Ive been a regular at this spa clinic for many years, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and make you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in.
