    We had Sunrise install our new high efficiency Trane furnace and A/C unit about 2 years ago. We have had them come back this year for regular inspection and maintenance of our A/C unit outside which should be done every few years. The original sales person who came to our home was professional and honest. The installation team were friendly and professional as well. They arrived on time and finished the job same day. These guys know what they are doing and I feel we made the right choice having them do the install. The service tech who did the follow up maintenance was also friendly and professional. The price was average or just above but knowing the work was professionally done I feel it was worth it. The crew were very knowledgeable of their trade.

    The flashing red light on my heating/cooling system indicated a problem. I made a cold call to Sunrise Heating and Cooling Ltd. Thomas answered and quickly said that he could come by at the end of that day. True to his word he arrived by five p.m. that same day! Thomas examined the unit for problems, reset the unit, cleaned the filter (as I had purchased the wrong size,) and had had my unit functioning as it should. Then Thomas clearly described the functions of the unit and assured me that my ***** was well suited for my needs. Thomas has a very friendly manner and left as my new best friend. Do not hesitate to place your trust in Sunrise. While it is difficult to stop a *****, it is always great to see a Sunrise...*********************
