    A pipe froze and broke in January and flooded our unit. We have been living in an Air B&B since then. Fingers are crossed that we can return back in August. To make matters worse, ***, the MANAGER, made an error and forgot to put our unit on the list for a color paint change. He admitted that it was his mistake but refuses to rectify the problem, as he dodges accountability. He also said that he can't remember everyone that wants changes...isn't that your job??? May I suggest making a spreadsheet???? At any rate, I am now having to take this issue to the media and/or small claims court. Save yourself the stress and be careful when hiring this company.
