Absolute disgrace. I did my research and looked at BBB rating that is why I hired him for the concrete lifting job. The work done fine except the some holes were left and never properly sealed ;even after talking to  Martin Cyr who stated he will be there soon but never showed. Initially, Martin Cyr talked real big and how he had so much experience he had in this field but don't be fooled by his company website on how they treat the customer needs and how top of the line service will be given. *** *** * *** **** **** ****** ** ** *** *** ***** **** ***** *** ******* ** *** After about eight months after completing the concrete lifting work. The concrete starting falling down again and became a trip hazard. Over a three months period, I called and send him numerous messages to repair the issue under warranty. Instead he made so many excuses varying from out of province to not picking up the phonecalls. ** *** **** * ****. He never came down to see the issue and put me on the hook for another 2000 dollars worth of concrete work. So be really careful before hiring Martin Cyr and Artisan Concrete lifting Co..

Well, unfortunately, we try to please the most difficult of customers, but we couldn't in this case and would still work to rectify the situation. Artisan do followup on all warranties but, first of all, I did not recognize the name this complaint was submitted under and had to do some research to track it down - his name is actually *************************. We did work on this sidewalk and lifted everything back to the original level in October of 2022. He called us this year in the Spring to say that two panels had dropped and one hole had not been filled. We arranged to meet to have a look at it but he could not be there and said his wife was there. I went to look at it but no one answered the door. I confirmed that the hole needed patching but the two panels looked strange and wasn't sure if tree roots had lifted the adjacent panels or whether they had actually settled. We told him I would have our foreman look at it to see what he could do. He insisted we needed to be there by a certain date to repair it and we couldn't. He called us numerous times and I told him we are doing our best to get there. I spoke to him a week or so before that date and was enroute to look at it again. He was antagonistic, told me to forget it, don't bother doing anything, don't bother stopping by.... I'm taking you to court. As I was near by, I did look at it anyway and decided that we could lift the two panels but I did not call him back as he had basically told me not to bother as his temper had got the best of him and I couldn't reason with him. I have no recollection of what he means by the $2000 worth of extra concrete work. There is no charge for warranty work. Artisan is still willing to go back and lift the two panels and patch the hole if he changes his mind.
