Noticed that there is a very small number of *****' own custom work (if any) in comparison to all of the photos he has ripped off.It does not take much time or effort to figure out that most of his pictures are stolen from Amazon, Wayfair, and what looks like other local water feature contractors. He portrays the pictures as his own and puts his own watermark on them. The more you look through his websites (waterfallnow.com / waterfalldecor.com) the less professional it gets.. There is a section where every single water feature is $15,000 regardless of the size and material of the waterfall. What baffles me is that I noticed a waterfall on that same page that was designed and installed by another contractor for a friend of a friend of mine, and same thing... ***** put his watermark on it and displayed it as his own. Their property and everything is visible and I am quite certain they never consented.. Are you serious? Also, the waterfall cost less than $3,000 at the time. Even factoring in today's inflation, $15,000 is still a scam. Amazon, Mayfair... still questionable, but I get it. But stealing local contractors' photos? Gross.I only arrived to this review page because ***** put the BBB logo on his website which made me think he is BBB accredited, which would've resulted in a much higher chance in me reconsidering giving him a call. I noticed he is not BBB accredited so I am not sure what the point in having the logo on the website is. I believe it is around this point that he may have truly lost his mind.I would recommend staying away. There are other resources for water features. If you want a cheap premade waterfall from *****, just order off of Amazon or Wayfair and avoid the markup that ***** would otherwise charge. I do not know much about his custom waterfalls, but he does not have a portfolio of any of them so how could I even find out for myself? All of the photos are ripped off. Red flags all over the place for anybody with half a sense of logic.
