    Last July we had to replace our heat pump. We had four companies give us estimates. Most were impressive and communicated well. Red Fox was a bit cheaper, and we liked the communication skills of their representative, John Fox. He seemed very honest and always got back to us when we had any questions. So, we went with Red Fox and have not been disappointed. John Fox told us we would see a real difference when we bought the new model, and he was right. Some salesmen recommended getting a more expensive unit, but John explained why he thought we were fine with the less expensive unit. We are getting on and are not technologically skilled, but John was always really patient with us and tried his best not to make us feel like idiots. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, service and customer relations.

    Today I had my respect and faith in business integrity restored. I had a yearly inspection done on Thursday and when the service guy left, my outside unit stopped working. My first thought (due to a previous company) was that I was getting scammed for an expensive repair. It turns out it was a loose wire, and the owner John refused payment. Thank you. Posting this for anyone looking for service from a good company.

    We had out heatpump installed last winter and we were thrilled by the whole experience. They were professional, kind, and they did great work!
