I hired Progressive Tree Services to do a job of taking out some trees and limbing others trees of Dead Wood. The price was agreed upon and they came out and did the JOB. It was before any leaves came back. When the leaves came back there was a few dead branches still left on the tree. The contracter was called out and came back to our house and told me he would finish the job for an aditional 900.00. I said he was paid well and should finish it. It was left at that. **** ** ********
