      Jet Pet Resort is truly a home away from home for our dog. The staff treats him like family and he always comes back well-fed, exercised, and loved.

      From the moment we walked in, it was clear that they prioritize safety and comfort for all pets. My dog had a blast playing with other dogs. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning.

      I recently had to leave town for a last-minute business trip and was worried about where to board my dog. Luckily, a friend recommended Jet Pet Resort and I'm so grateful they did! Not only did my dog receive top-notch care, but the staff were also highly communicative which I appreciated more than anything else.

      I couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention my dog received. The staff were friendly and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure that my furry friend was well taken care of.

      SO MANY ISSUES. Brought my puppy this Saturday (Oct 23) for the Meet & Greet early in the morning and 4 of employees were literally staring at me and my wife without even without greeting us in the front lobby (we both felt extremely very unwelcomed and awkward). We handed our puppy's treat and left our pet, not knowing what will come next. After running errands and picking our puppy after meet & greet with additional hours of daycare, one of the female employees brought our puppy and informed that our dog was given treats during the time she was in the facility. She handed our treat bag back and we realized that NONE of the treats were actually given to her (why would you *** over this seriously). After that, we had to pay FULL DAYCARE hours which came out around $55 even though we picked our puppy prior to the 5-hour period. The employee handed us the pricing brouchure AFTER we paid. Even when leaving the facility, I was at least expecting employees in the front lobby to say 'goodbye' or 'have a nice day' but they were busy talking to themselves (especially male employee that really stood out not bothering to even look at customers). Oh and also....Our puppy had unusual smell of urine after picking her up from this facility. I'm so confused why the rating so high in ****** Review... Also, what's the point of having a live cam turned on for 20 min daily and getting disconnected multiple times. The employee told us live view feeds are posted on a daily basis but the videos don't even get posted every two days....
