This is a door-to-door scam, ***** ** ******* *** ******* ** ***** ****** and I should have done my research first. I am 60 years old, disabled and on a fixed pension. I had just been on an extended trip to visit my grown children and was advised it was a good thing to do and was good to go. Shortly after I received a knock on the door from this company letting me know they offered rat traps and sprays for most bugs. I believe my bill was about $300. Two weeks later I saw an infestation of bugs and what looked like a silver fish in my new house, which made no sense! I contacted the company, and they said it would take a few weeks to kick in. Today I received an email reminding me of a scheduled date, however I will be with my kids for Christmas. The person watching my house is not able to sit and wait from 8 -5 pm, so I asked if I could cancel the service as I was skeptical to begin with as I received zero service from them. I did not ask for a refund. They billed me $289 for a cancellation fee, even though there were bugs everywhere in time stamped photos and videos. They said I signed a contract stating this and refused to any accountability for the poor service and infestation. Legal yes, but in my eyes, extremely unethical. I should have read the *** ******* *** bad reviews first of customers calling these people door-to-door scammers. I really enjoy their photos at charitable events, whilst ripping off elderly, disabled people on small pensions. Do your research first, that close to 600 dollars out of my pocket for absolutely nothing. I intend to spread awareness of this unethical company in any way I can, to protect innocent, hard-working people. Also, the phone number on the Rat boxes is out of service, go figure. Please read their reviews online first before making the same costly mistake as I did.

Their pest control did not work. We had an abundance of spiders still. Also, they were not reachable when we tried to contact them. We cancelled our plan as we were not satisfied, and they still charged us $200 plus to cancel. When we complained they said they had no “records” of the calls or email. Do not trust this company. Go elsewhere or in our opinion you will regret it!
