  A great experience from start to finish! Reliable and more!****** visited before the move assess & discuss my needs. He arrived on time with ************ and they went straight to work without any fuss.They were always aware to protect the surroundings (rolling out ********** belongings (blanket wrapped). They set-up the bed first thing in the new place and placed boxes where I could get at them easily for unpacking. They went above & beyond, helping me get things hung up from the closet ******************************** any empties or debris.I would definitely use them if I move again and do recommend them to everyone.

  I had to move from a 2-bedroom in Fairview-Burrard to Burnaby. Unfortunately the day before the scheduled move, the elevator in the building I was in malfunctioned. Technicians came and weren't able to finish the repairs so the moving company hired more guys, 6 in total to be prepared to move everything down 5 flights of stairs. Thankfully, I bugged the building caretaker enough that he spoke to the elevator company and they were able to get it going and allow us to use the elevator for two hours and only for the move then they had to shut it down again and finish the repairs. With 6 guys it still took 2.5 hours to move everything into the truck. There was another wrinkle, someone dropped the ball at the place I was going to move into so wasn't able to move in there on the scheduled date. They were strict with 72 hours notice to book an elevator so had to move stuff into storage and a few days later things move be moved out of storage and into the new unit in Burnaby. The storage fee for 3 days was $350 which I thought was reasonable. I was really impressed with the professionalism and care shown by all the people showed during the move. We were in constant communication about various things. I would definitely hire them if/when I have another big move I need to do.

  I found Reliable Moving *** to be exactly that!****** was incredibly patient and helpful before and during the move! He came to my apartment three times before the move, offering me the right tape, packing paper, various sized boxes! Although busy, he always had time to answer my queries by phone in a pleasant manner.The two men who came with ****** on moving day were just as efficient and respectful of me and my belongings! I would recommend Reliable Moving with confidence! **********

  Reliable were referred to ** by a trusted friend. Trust is a good word to use in describing this moving company. Other adjectives I would use include friendly, efficient, caring, supportive, timely and yes RELIABLE! Moving can be and usually is stressful and worrisome. Not so with this company. All our possessions were wrapped and protected and arrived without incident. If you are moving, RELIABLE is the answer.

  Reliable represents only a small fraction of how good this company is! ****** and his team are extremely punctual, thorough, professional and respectful of our personal property and time. From the initial meeting with ******, explaining how his company will be handling our move - floor runners, doorway and stair rail protection, wrapping and securing of ALL furniture with heavy moving blankets etc; we were confident we made the right decision to go with Reliable Moving. They did not disappoint - everything went as planned from the time they arrived to load to the final piece being off loaded, we could not be more pleased. All this done at a competitive price!   Blown away by how great this company is. Alston responded promptly to my request for bids, came to the house and gave me honest quote for move. Cost per hour versus a an estimated lump sum. The guys who did the move were amazing, such hard workers, careful and good humoured. Recommend them for anyone. Made a stressful time pleasant.
