      Even one star is too much for 123 refills. They lied to me, and after 8 days of ordering (I paid $40 for urgent shipment), when I called them, they sent me a tracking # that I found they didn't ship. I have all screen shots if somebody needs it.

      Horrible products that dont even last **** pages, yet they advertise at ****** pages. Total cash grab and horrible customer service.

      Opened new cartridge box and took shield off to replace cartridge and it literally poured out all over me and my printer and new carpet . All I got was Im sorry sent a replacement and they blamed it on being damaged in shipping. There was no damage in shipping. It was default from the company. Obviously they dont test before they ship! I have a huge mess and having to take off work to clean up and its not coming off my skin or clothing or new carpet!! So angry! They could have offered a credit or some more than just Im sorry Ill send out another cartridge I have to pay to clean this up!! Uggg rating BE VERY CAREFUL! **************** stinks!
